The big house n Observation House is located in the north-east of Bulgaria, next to the historic city Targovichte. Designed by Viara Jeliazkova, Georgi Katov and Stefan Apostolov, from architecture studio I / O Architects , the house was finished in 2015.

Large house with extraordinary panoramic views in Bulgaria
Located on a hill in a rural area, the house impresses with its design and natural landscape. In reality, upper level has a 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding farmland while the lower level is open on a big pool Private. The House Observation House is a private residence , built of dry stones. She has more than one fireplace .

To fully enjoy the landscape and the void around the house, the designers decided to build a garage in the basement for cars. In this way, in the evening when the lights are on, the beautiful surrounding landscape is set in value. To access the garage, there is a wooden staircase connected with the living room and the dining room. The garage is for three cars.
